The LCRM Project’s Online Publishing Pilot

A central outcome of the “Publishing the Long Civil Rights Movement” project was an experimental online publishing environment enabling full-text searching and commenting at the paragraph level (the “Voice Publishing Platform”). The collection of scholarly works presented in this online environment  includes conference papers from the Center for Civil Rights and 69 books published by UNC Press.   The pilot is still available for browsing; however, please note that following the close of the 15-month test period, the full text of many of the works on the site is no longer available free to the public.
